Auto detailing goes beyond a wash: a full detail typically includes clay bar decontamination, machine polishing to remove swirl marks, a sealant or wax, and a deep interior clean with shampooed carpets and conditioned leather. Detail shops price by vehicle size and condition, and a full interior and exterior detail takes most of a day. Ceramic coatings are a hardened liquid layer applied after paint correction that lasts years rather than weeks and makes washing easier; paint protection film (PPF, or clear bra) is a self-healing urethane wrap that stops rock chips on the hood, bumper and mirrors. Window tint shops apply dyed, carbon or ceramic film to cut heat and glare, subject to each state's visible light transmission limits.
Hours are published for 5 days a week. On most of those days it is open 7 am–6 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (248) 349-3509. Brought my car here over 15 years ago for a detail and was impressed. Moved back to the area, took two cars to them and even more impressed than before. Literally makes your car look brand new. HIGHLY recommend their services. Can't speak for the auto-repair and oil change portion, but it's all owned by the same owner (to my knowledge at least), so I'm sure you can't go wrong.

First time getting my recently purchased car detailed and Dave was very helpful. I was unsure of which package to get but he explained the difference and did not push me to get extra stuff that my car didn't need. I ended up just getting the basic wash and wax. They did a pretty good job. Ill definitely consider coming back again.

I took my 3 year-old Chevy Sonic there for interior detailing and external hand wash. I've never had my car detailed before--it looks brand new inside, just like it did when I first brought it home from the dealership three years ago. I'm thrilled with the work Ultimate Image did, and the friendly customer service. Looking forward to bringing my car back in for the spring/summer to get the exterior detailed!

A hidden gem in Northville for auto detailing! I found this place recently and took my car there to get waxed for the first time. The staff was helpful and polite. They offered free rides home, and I happened to ride with the guy that does the detailing. He’s been detailing cars since a kid and his family did it as a business too. He was passionate about detailing cars and you could tell this guy did good work. When I got my car it looked amazing. They did a top-notch job and I’ll definitely be going back.

I took my 10-year-old car in for a detailing job because I'm ready to sell it and need it looking its best. Boy did it look its best - the wheel came out so beautiful it reminded me of how proud I was when I got the car new. It also made me feel guilty that I didn't take it in for such a job while I owned it. I wash and take care of my car, but I think every car deserves this kind of treatment once in a while. I took a lot of photos after the job and posted in the ad, and the prospective buyers all commented on how great it looked. I wish I can share the photos here. Again, it made me feel guilty for presenting the car as if it's new. So I took some close up of the scratches and rust over the years as well so as to not disappoint a buyer coming for a test drive. Anyway, great job guys. And I'm going to bring my new cars in every couple years or so for this.
